Meet Our Team
Heather has been a Realtor’s Assistant and Business Development Manager for multiple top producing Hawaii agents since 2015. She is currently leading Elite Pacific Properties’ new Shared Assistant Program, which offers agents administrative, contract writing, and listings management services.
Prior to working in real estate, Heather was a reporter for Pacific Business News and the Honolulu Star-Bulletin. She also served as a consultant at The Alford Group and as a development associate at the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Heather attended Punahou School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in American and Asian Studies from Occidental College and an MBA from the Shidler College of Business at UH-Manoa. Outside of work, Heather serves as secretary on the Board of Directors of the Aloha Aquatics Association and Girl Scouts troop leader. She also loves to bake and cook vegan delights for her family.
Marketing Manager & Webmaster
Alex Ferrara is our Marketing guru and Webmaster. Alex grew up on the Big Island and loves the adventure that the Island has to offer. Between the camping, hiking, waterfalls, stars, an active volcano and world class beaches~ she considers it to be truly an adventure lovers paradise! With a background in luxury hospitality management & marketing, Alex has an eye for details and design, as well as understanding high end client needs. She makes our social media sparkle, keeps our website current and executes the design, printing, & distribution of brochures and digital marketing material to sell our properties quickly and for top dollar.
Alex is a scuba diver, foodie, runner, yoga teacher, avid traveler and photographer! Alex holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs and traveling the world! She looks forward to assisting Ferrara and Co clients for a an easy and aloha filled transaction~
Marie “tootsie” Fellenstein Hale

Marie is our Director of Aloha! Our behind the scenes magic wouldn’t be the same without Marie. Whether she’s up all night prepping a home for photography, assisting with staging, delivering flowers, or getting clients information they need with a smile - you can count on Marie!
With over 20 years of experience in marketing, events, and community engagement- Marie is a local expert & concierge super star. She is always going the extra mile to ensure our loose ends are buttoned up. Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado.
Pumehana is our fabulous and knowledgable Transaction Manager that will assist our clients once they are in escrow with the flow of paperwork and timelines.
With several years of diverse experince within the Real Estate industry Pumehana brings a wealth of diverse experince. Pumehana was born and raised on Big Island of Hawaii in a small town called Volcano. Pumehana immersed herself in the real estate industry from a young age, and started by providing secretarial services for her mother’s brokerage firm in Hilo. Pumehana then worked at Colliers International’s Commercial Real Estate firm in Honolulu as an administrative assistant before being quickly promoted to Assistant Property Manager of the Kamehameha Schools portfolio. Upon obtaining her real estate license in the state of Hawaii, Pumehana became a Realtor Salesperson with Century 21 All Islands.
Seeing that escrows go smoothly- Pumehana is naturally, an integral part of the team. Outside of real estate, Pumehana is an avid athlete who enjoys running Half Marathons, Barre, swimming, and surfing with her husband. She is a loving mother of 2 young children and cherishers the time spent with her ‘ohana.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, experience in the industry added with a touch of the aloha spirit, Stephanie's hard work and strong determination has been ingrained in her due to her hardworking parents. Crystal Souza, MBA, REALTOR(S), was born and raised in Hawaii where she has a deep connection to the land, people, community and culture. Crystal works hard for the interest of her clients and will put her boots and gloves on to get dirty – from vacant land hikes to viewing the “fixer-upper”. She treats every transaction with discernment, confidentiality, and refinement to protect her clients financial and emotional regard. She recognizes that an individual’s Real Estate experience should be vast, such as that of first-time homebuyers or the seasoned investors, to which each level of service is customized. Clients can be assured that she will work tirelessly on their behalf to truly earn their respect and trust, but to overall be confident and pleased with their decision.
Working at Lawrence Appraisal Group Hawaii for 10+ years, GP & Associate Appraisers for 3 years, and Insurance/Construction Inspections has expanded her trade knowledge and provided her with a unique vantage point when selling Real Estate. She will apply these tools analytically towards her client’s interest supporting negotiations on their behalf. Her previous professional experiences additionally include Hotel Finance and most recently Asset Management for her family-owned construction company that specializes in high-end swimming pool interiors.
Crystal holds a double Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Psychology and Communication with her emphasis on “Culture” in both. Crystal also returned to school to finish her Graduate Degree and earned her Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Hawai’i at Manoa. While not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at Hawaii Preparatory Academy where her children attend school, and Domestic & International travel.

Deborah came to Hawaii 25 years ago on her honeymoon and instantly fell in love with the islands’ unique quality of life, friendly people, perfect climate, and incredible scenery. Deborah consistently strives to meet the need of each individual client, whether seller or buyer. She is an honest, hardworking agent who truly listens to her clients’ real estate wish lists, and her familiarity with the Big Island enables her to find the right home in the right location. She joined Elite Pacific Properties because of their professional corporate structure and their reputation for success across the Hawaiian Islands. She has now made the Aloha State her home for 21 years.
A licensed contractor in painting and decorating, Deborah has a wealth of experience with helping clients prepare and stage their homes for sale. She works with local interior designers on a regular basis and has developed extensive knowledge about current home style trends. Able to look at an outdated home and assist clients with imagining the possibilities, she found that a career in real estate was a natural progression.
Deborah also owns a successful small corporation, Thompson Art Studios, Inc. (www.debthompsonart.com), which specializes in decorative painting and artwork for some of the most prestigious homes on the Kohala Coast. She has a passion for bringing collectors together with the perfect artists and art pieces. Likewise, she has found it incredibly rewarding to bring clients together with their dream home.
In her free time, Deborah enjoys swimming at the beach and spending time with her husband of 25 years and two teenage daughters. She also enjoys traveling and listening to audiobooks on long walks with her black lab.

Randy has over 25 years of experience in contract negotiations, business management and real estate investment. In 2002 he began his career as a full-time real estate professional in his native Maryland, where he partnered in forming the top-selling team in Carroll County, in which he is still a partner.
An avid worldwide traveler, Randy first fell in love with Hawai’i Island on a trip here in 2003 and knew he ultimately wanted to enjoy its people, lifestyle, idyllic weather and scenic beauty as a permanent resident. He has been an annual visitor and a property owner here since 2004, finally making the big move to a picturesque North Kohala farm in 2015.
Randy is dedicated to sharing his love of the island, its natural splendor and all it has to offer with kama‘aina and visiting clients in their search for the perfect permanent or vacation home. Whether working with buyers or sellers, Randy’s motto is “Customer Service is Priority One”.

TIA “frenchie” FOO
Tia Foo is our Chief Dog Officer and Director of Happiness as well as the Ferrara & Co mascot! Tia happily oversees our team from her roost “in the purse”, woofs at suspicious kitties, and often delights clients around town with her sparkling personality. Tia has been living her best Big Island life for over 15 years and knows the island well. Her favorite beach is A-bay (the far left side), & she loves sniffing & having her picture taken at the Big Island farmers markets!
Because Tia is a hairless breed- the Hawaiian sunshine suits her just fine. Her favorite food is edamame and Taco Bell burrito edges. She knows many tricks and will perform for treats!
